In Hannah’s own words - “in art, and in life, I am on a constant exploration of space. How we interpret it, how we define it within our own personal lives and how spaces and places have the power to shape who we are as individuals. My work consists of constant trials between positive and negative space using bold color and scale. I’m interested in testing how each of these elements find their place in a cohesive work of art. I am inspired by bold pattern and color, nature, organic shapes, and my children.”
Hannah received a BA from the University of Tennessee and an MAT in Visual Arts Education from Western Carolina University. Hannah studied at the Academia d’Arte in Florence Italy and worked in a contemporary art gallery in London, England. Hannah resides in Chattanooga, TN with her husband and two young children.
